The exact scope of work for a project will depend on the individual agreement, proposal, quotation, or project communication between the client and Mr Saiful.
4. Project Scope
Before starting a project, the expected scope of work, deliverables, revisions, timeline, pricing, and other important requirements may be agreed upon through a proposal, quotation, email, contract, freelance platform, or other written communication.
Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or an updated timeline.
We reserve the right to charge separately for additional work that was not included in the original project scope.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding materials, images, login credentials, access, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project.
Clients should ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, images, logos, videos, fonts, software, or other materials supplied to us.
Delays in providing required information, feedback, approvals, or access may affect the project timeline.
6. Website Content and Materials
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information, claims, product information, prices, images, testimonials, legal statements, and other content supplied for their website.
We may make reasonable recommendations regarding website content and structure, but the client remains responsible for approving the final content before publication.
7. Revisions and Approvals
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed project scope.
A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing design or deliverable. A completely new design, page, feature, functionality, or change in project direction may be treated as additional work.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving completed work.
Once a deliverable has been approved, additional changes may be subject to additional charges.
8. Project Timelines
We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe agreed with the client.
However, timelines may change because of:
- Delays in receiving content or access
- Delayed client feedback or approvals
- Additional requests
- Third-party service issues
- Hosting or domain problems
- Technical limitations
- Unforeseen development requirements
Estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
9. Payments
Project pricing and payment schedules will be communicated before work begins.
Depending on the project, payment may be handled directly or through a third-party platform such as a freelance marketplace or payment provider.
Work may begin only after the required payment, deposit, or project confirmation has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the project, payment method, work already completed, and the agreement made with the client.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment for work already completed or committed may not be refundable.
Where a third-party platform is used, its applicable payment, cancellation, and dispute policies may also apply.
11. WordPress, Plugins, Themes, and Third-Party Services
Websites may use WordPress, Elementor, plugins, themes, APIs, fonts, payment gateways, hosting services, analytics platforms, or other third-party technologies.
Third-party products and services are subject to their own terms, licenses, pricing, updates, and availability.
We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, vulnerabilities, licensing requirements, pricing changes, or discontinuation of third-party products or services.
Where a paid third-party license is required, the client may be responsible for purchasing and maintaining that license unless otherwise agreed.
12. SEO Services
SEO services are intended to improve a website’s search visibility and overall search performance.
However, we do not guarantee:
- A specific Google ranking
- A specific position in search results
- A specific amount of organic traffic
- A specific number of leads or sales
- A specific timeframe for SEO results
Search engine algorithms and ranking systems are controlled by third parties and can change without notice.
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
13. Google Ads and Digital Advertising
For Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid campaigns, we may assist with campaign setup, targeting, landing pages, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
Advertising results are not guaranteed.
Ad performance may be affected by competition, budget, market conditions, platform policies, audience behaviour, website performance, seasonality, and other factors.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our professional service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
14. Analytics and Tracking
Where analytics and tracking systems are implemented, we aim to configure them according to the agreed requirements and available technical information.
Tracking data may not always be completely accurate due to browser restrictions, consent settings, ad blockers, privacy technologies, platform changes, technical issues, or other factors.
We do not guarantee that analytics systems will record every visitor or conversion.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website design, code, graphics, content, templates, processes, and other materials created by us may remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights until all agreed payments have been completed.
After full payment, the client will receive the agreed rights to the final project deliverables, subject to third-party licenses and materials.
Pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, design systems, processes, and reusable components may remain our property or belong to their respective owners.
16. Third-Party Materials
Some projects may contain third-party materials such as:
- WordPress software
- Elementor
- Plugins
- Themes
- Stock images
- Fonts
- Icons
- APIs
- Software libraries
- Marketing platforms
Such materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
The client is responsible for maintaining any required third-party licenses after project completion unless ongoing licensing is explicitly included in our service.
17. Portfolio and Case Studies
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, website, case studies, social media, or other professional marketing materials for the purpose of demonstrating our experience.
If a project contains confidential information or the client has specifically requested confidentiality, we will respect the applicable confidentiality agreement.
18. Website Maintenance and Support
Unless ongoing maintenance is specifically included in a service agreement, website support after project completion is not automatically included.
Maintenance may include updates, backups, security checks, troubleshooting, content changes, new pages, plugin updates, performance improvements, or other services depending on the selected support arrangement.
Third-party updates can occasionally cause compatibility issues or unexpected changes. While we take reasonable care when performing updates, we cannot guarantee that third-party software will always remain fully compatible.
19. Website Performance
We aim to build websites that are well-structured, responsive, and reasonably optimized for performance.
However, website speed and performance can depend on hosting, server configuration, plugins, themes, images, third-party scripts, content, network conditions, and other factors.
We do not guarantee a specific performance score or loading time under every testing environment.
20. Confidentiality
We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information provided by clients private.
Confidential information may include business plans, login information, marketing data, customer information, pricing information, and other information that is clearly intended to remain confidential.
Confidentiality obligations may be subject to any separate agreement between the client and Mr Saiful.
21. Disclaimer

While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.
Nothing on this website should be considered legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mr Saiful shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of this website or our services.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, advertising performance, search rankings, or expected results.
Our liability, where legally applicable, will be limited to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
23. External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of external websites.
Visiting a third-party website is at your own discretion and subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
24. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Abuse or harassment

- Non-payment
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Unauthorized use of our work or systems
- Activities that may cause security or legal risks

Changes may be made to reflect updates to our services, website, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
